Julie Sedler
Julie Sedler is a chemical engineer by training, but a storyteller at heart. She has spent years journaling and writing down her latest inspirations on random post-it-notes. This has brought the ‘in the moment’ commentary and perspective to her books, courses, and coaching. Julie released her first memoir, Watch Me, in 2023 on how she transformed her life after divorce.
Julie learned first hand that her new life would cost her her old one. All the ‘tuition’ she paid for the experiences of tearing down her life, rebuilding it based on her own dreams, and breaking the cycles of ingrained conditioning for what she should want and do has led her to create her courses. Julie is here to help others by guiding them on their own path of self-discovery and growth.
