The Sparkle Project is a feminist podcast for moms who are done carrying the weight of motherhood alone and are ready to connect with who they truly are - their sparkle, if you will.
So many of us feel overwhelmed not because we’re failing, but because we’re mothering inside a patriarchal system that expects us to give endlessly, stay quiet, and lose ourselves in the process. This space challenges those outdated expectations and embraces a more empowered, more supported, more self-honoring version of motherhood.
Hosted by Emily Rose MacDonald, a divorced mom of two on her own journey to shine a little brighter, each episode explores the realities of modern motherhood through a feminist lens that values equity, autonomy, mental health, and the humanity of moms.

Mindfulness For Moms with Megan Wolfe
This week I am joined by Mindfulness Practitioner Megan Wolfe for a conversation on mindfulness - what exactly it is, why it benefits moms, and how we start to practice mindfulness today. We all feel overwhelmed and stressed out sometimes, but when we learn the tools to manage those often all-consuming feelings and begin to be more present in the moment, we can start to feel lighter in the day-to-day. Megan Wolfe, BA, MS, is a certified mindfulness and meditation practitioner. Megan has taken 12 years of special education experience, a degree in psychology, and social emotional learning training, to create a thriving mindfulness practice. Since launching Our Mindful Way, Megan has made a significant difference in the lives of women of all ages. She has a sincere passion for helping others find joy in the journey by being present in the moment and finding calmness and clarity in a world cluttered with joy disrupters. Her carefully curated mindfulness techniques and practices are tailored to meet her wide variety of clients’ needs.
