We all want confidence, right? But what does confidence even look like, and how can we become more confident in motherhood and the other areas of our lives where we may feel insecure or like we don't know what we are doing? In this episode Lilly and I talk about:
- What it means to be confident in motherhood and life
- How the idea of “I don’t know” can contribute to a lack of confidence
- The power of showing your true self to those you are close with
- How trauma, anxiety, and other factors can impact confidence
- Why we should try to not internalize
